Due to internal promotion, a role has become available for a Group FP&A Manager to lead a high performing team of 10, a mix of seniors and supervisors (4 direct reports, 6 indirect).
This team provides management reporting, forecasting and budgeting services to the group. You will manage the annual budget and forecasting process, review the monthly P&L flash reporting, and drive continuous improvement. You will also coach, mentor, train and provide professional development opportunities for your team.

We are looking for a CA who has been trained in a Big 4 or Mid Tier Chartered firm. You may be making your first move out of chartered, or you may already have a few years commercial experience under your belt.
Financial services experience is highly desired, and prior team management experience is essential. You will have minimum 5-10 years post-qualified experience and have worked for /consulted to ASX100 businesses.
Salary on offer between $170-200k package + bonus.
