This is a newly created role due growth within the business and a rare opportunity to join a supportive team with a fantastic culture.
Reporting to the Team Leader this role will be responsible for paying the producers, and throughout the harvesting season these payments are made weekly and monthly. This role requires a high degree of accuracy and an exceptional level of attention to detail to ensure that growers are paid correctly and that these payments reconcile with the corporate teams internal cashflows.
In addition to grower payments, this role provides technical support to growers using the CRM system in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as front line and you will solve basic technical queries and other matters relating to each customer relationship, including support to the grower engagement team.
This position plays an important role in the companies efforts to build a high degree of trust, responsiveness and confidence in their services and systems, ensuring that grower queries and expectations are met in a timely and effective way.
The successful candidate will thrive on delivering a high level of support to clients and have a patient and positive approach when dealing with queries and issues over the phone. You will ideally have a degree or other tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar, and any prior experience in payments, banking, financial processing or similar. You will be naturally numeric and have a high attention to detail with strong multitasking and problem solving skills.
A basic working knowledge of financial markets would be advantageous, along with a background in or affinity with farming/agribusiness
