Job Description

Essential experience
  • 5+ years in a management role leading team sizes of 5+ of Project Management & Program staff. This experience will be from a medium-large Global or Large business with revenues of over $600M + 
  • A few prior years of commercial experience as a Project Manager delivering systems upgrades, enhancements dealing in $2M+ projects - These projects must have been delivered using SCRUM/AGILE Methods
  • The role is leading Project Staff so the candidate must be able to command the respect of the team by leading by example and managing all read of Program delivery
  • Excellent Stakeholder and negotiation skills 
  • Experience negotiating at every stakeholder level to ensure business requirements are delivered
  • Have worked with Offshore Development teams including demonstrated experience delivering change to ensure maximum productivity from those teams overseas
  • Service Delivery Application Management project delivery at a large scale including management of several large business-critical applications
  • Industry experience either: Professional Services or Financial Services
  • Basic understanding of application architecture

    Nice to haves
  • Commercial exp working within ITIL framework, understanding its benefits
  • Ex technical background IE Developer, Analyst whos moved into Project Management
