Job Description

Our Not For Profit client is looking for a strong communicating Level 2 Help Desk Analyst to join the team and help deal with a large number of Level 1 and 2 tickets daily, and escalating further issue's to Level 3 to be dealt with by the Infrastructure team.

You MUST be well versed in Office 365 and Azure Directory, and also have great communication skills to engage with many users per day.

About You:
  • 3+ years in a Service Desk Analyst role
  • Excellent Communication skills is a must
  • Strong knowledge of administrating Microsoft Office365 suite, O365 Exchange, Active Directory and Azure environments.
  • Ability to engage with all business level and forge strong relationships by delivering excellent customer service while managing customer expectations by providing clear communication to clients, team members and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach to multitasking and prioritising work to meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of administrating Microsoft Office365 suite, O365 Exchange, Active Directory and Azure environments.
  • Proficient in both on-prem and Microsoft cloud environments
  • Strong knowledge of all Windows Operating environments including Windows 10
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements and specifications for the audience to understand.
  • Linux knowledge (beneficial)
