This Australian Retail firm who is a leader in people management is seeking a junior administrator to deliver on an important HR project, already underway. Working on a project to collate employee information and file it in an organised fashion.
Tasks will include but not limited to:
- Scanning documents from employee files and storing electronically to specified standards.
-Searching through databases and systems for historical and sensitive employee information
-Sorting through correspondence which could be emails, messages or paper documents.
-Spot checking collated information.
You will be a junior administrator with a 'Can Do' attitude, excellent communication skills and high standards to confidentiality. You will be an efficient processor with strong interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is a must! Owning a car is advantageous as you will be based across two sites during the assignment. Interest in HR would be advantageous.
