The Opportunity
This is an exciting HR Generalist role within a dynamic media/performance organisation reporting to the Director of HR. This role is 6 months initially but definitely has the opportunity to extend further. This is an exciting oppoirtunity to make recommendations and work within a dynamic and ever changing organisation.
The Role
- Providing end to end HR advice
- Assisting with providing salary data for new roles, advertising new roles
- Sitting on panel interviews when required
- WHS and compliance
- Reporting directly to senior business stakeholders
- Analysing current processes and providing meaningful input into a new HRIS system
- Assisting with developing policy and processes
- A degree in HR/related discipline
- HR generalist and recruitment experience
- Experience working in a media/arts/entertainment environment is highly preferred
- Confidence, experience and ability to work directly with senior stakeholders
- Strong influencing and problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a small team
- Strong work ethic
