Job Description
You will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources team. Duties include but not limited to:
- Manage the HR inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Create and issue HR documentation, including contracts, variation letters and ER letters
- Ensuring and supporting positive employee relations
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
- Developing effective relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Updating and maintaining all employee files
- To ensure the safety of all employees and to abide by WH&S legislation
- Coordinating training and development for all staff
- Enterprise Agreement interpretation
