Job Description

An rare and exciting opportunity to join an International Firm who are leading in their field and experiencing rapid growth. This is a newly created role so there is an opportunity to really make this role your own with a fairly new and growing team as well as receive support from their international office. 

The right candidate will have strong HR leadership experience and have managed direct reports. 

Key Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR and supervisory experience essential
  • Experience within a Shared Service or outsourced environment
  • Proven track record of providing quality customer service
  • Strong competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and assist other team members to achieve collective goals
  • Demonstrated experience responding to high volumes of queries, ensuring quality output
  • Strong verbal and with written communication skills
  • Data analysis, manipulation and reporting experience
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders, peers and senior management
