Well-respected national law firm, with a growing presence. They are seeking a HR Co-ordinator or Admin professional studying HR too join their team.

  • Opportunity to grow with the role under a well-respected HR Advisor
  • $60-70k + super (dependant on experience)
The Opportunity:
A commercial, well-respected law firm in the heart of the CBD. Our client is looking for a HR Co-ordinator or administrator who is either studying or has studied HR. Our client is a well-respected HR Advisor whose view is to allow the right candidate to grow with the company and learn the skillset to support the current HR Advisor. 

The Role: 
  • End to end recruitment of a range of roles
  • Provide excellent candidate and stakeholder care
  • Coordinate onboarding for new starters and offboarding
  • Support the HR team with administration and compliance for the entire employee lifecycle
  • Assist with a range of HR Projects when possible
  • Ad-hoc HR admin for the team
About you:
  • Studying or has studied HR
  • Experience in managing end to end recruitment processes
  • Hands on, proactive attitude with a desire to take ownership of processes
  • Highly-organised with strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of legislative compliance and HR policies/procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability and eagerness to build strong relationships with staff
  • Demonstrated experience taking responsibility of your own work
