Job Description
The role:
- Leading a team of 3 reporting into the Infrastructure Manager
- Core systems support including 365, networks, active directory
- Level 2 support with your team to service business needs
- Stay on top of security and ensure systems are maintained
- Software licencing is compliant and up-to-date
- Give strategic direction to the infrastructure
- Implement and maintain KPI’s for the department
- Ensure documentation is completed and maintained for all IT systems
- Provide 2nd level support to the IT support staff
- A background in systems administration, networking, support level 2, 365 and active directory
- Demonstrated advanced experience in the development, administration and maintenance of active directory, networking and Office 365
- Implementation and/or creation and delivery of strategy for infrastructure tech
- Be happy to work outside of normal business hours due to the business
