The Opportunity:

This leading law firm is looking for an experienced recruiter to join their growing team with a focus on proactive headhunting and candidate management. Working closely with a small and collaborative team this role provides the opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes while liaising directly with internal and external stakeholders and senior level candidates. The role entails building and maintaining a cohort of skilled, top-tier lawyers so experience headhunting and liaising with senior candidates is necessary. The team is growing and is happy to consider junior or experienced Consultants on either a full or part time (3-4 days p/w) basis.

The Role:

Working on a full-time or part-time basis (3-4 days/week) you will manage recruitment for the firm nationally working closely with a very experienced National Head of Talent.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Taking briefs from internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively headhunting candidates and building market maps
  • Managing processes end-to-end
  • Maintaining long-term candidate relationships
  • Ensuring best practice and efficient record keeping with the internal recruitment system

About you:
  • At least 2-3 years recruitment experience
  • Experience in a law firm/professional services is highly desirable
  • Internal and agency candidates will be considered
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability and eagerness to build strong relationships with staff
  • Experience and confidence managing senior candidates and stakeholders
  • Eager to learn and develop your skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with a recruitment system/ATS/CRM
  • Strong capability and confidence with technology, especially Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a small, close knit team, and autonomously
