This is a great opportunity to join a global investment manager as a property analyst.
The main focus areas of the role will be:

- Preparation of asset plans
- Cashflow projections
- Income yield and capital return calculations
- Benchmark property trading performance versus industry benchmarks and major competitors
- Tenancy analysis including risk exposure and retail performance
- Feasibility study of retail development projects
- Liaison with Valuations team to compare asset plans to external valuations
- Partner with Asset and Development Managers around decision analysis
- Provide strategic initiative including evaluation of projects and influencing commercial outcomes and investment decisions
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Investment Analyst.
Experienced in integrated financial statements and valuation modelling – detailed DCF models is essential.
Knowledge and understanding of retail property and a strong market and commercial awareness.
