Job Description

Global sophisticated investment firm have an exciting opportunity to join the team to assist with reporting and operational services for clients and internal stakeholders. This is maternity leave contract for a 9-12 month period with opportunities to further progress within the business.

Key requirements of the role include:
  • Management of external and internal client administrative queries
  • Preparation and delivery of client reports, sourcing final data from various investment teams and database sources
  • Deliver accurate and meaningful client reports
  • Developing strong relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders (Asset Class teams, Performance, Investment Operations, Risk & Legal team)
  • Collaborative engagement within the Client Operations & Reporting team and across teams’ enterprise-wide to innovate, establish and maintain compliance to policies, procedures and system enhancements for best practice client service to existing and future accounts
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve processes, drive efficiencies and increase accuracy in the reporting deliverables and services provided
  • Enhancing the client experience, taking a client centric view to reporting requirements and ensuring a consistent and coordinated approach to their regular reporting across asset classes

The ideal candidate with have:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Funds Management organisation
  • Experience in a client services/reporting
  • Works well with deadline and able to resolve issues with deliverables
  • Business /Finance undergraduate degree
  • Strong attention to detail capable of interrogating data inputs and performing quality assurance to ensure accuracy
  • Strong process and procedural skills including actioning quality assurance and risk controls
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) with deep experience in leveraging technologies to drive efficiencies and automation 
  • Ability to think from clients’ perspective
  • Demonstrates proactive engagement with stakeholders to achieve outcomes
