Job Description

The Role:
  • Our client in North Sydney is looking for an experienced IT Help Desk consultant with experience in OSX, Android & Windows
  • Must have strong communication skills to deal with stakeholders
Your Responsibilities:
  • Action Support Tickets & Emails; action or escalation of issues
  • Asset management of mobile devices / accessories (purchase, receiving from field, reassigning)
  • Set up of laptops, tablets
  • Assist UAT Team
  • Data maintenance of internal systems
  • Ensure all infield devices are fully functioning
  • Administration for on-boarding of tools for new recruits
  • Monitoring of helpdesk software queues to ensure all SLAs are being met
  • Escalate issues to vendors (telco and printers)
  • Phone, Remote and direct support of all staff
  • 1st level support of OSX desktop environment 100+ users
  • 1st level support of iOS mobile devices 1000+ users
  • Work in excel, including internal based system
About You:
  • Experience with Apple OSX, Microsoft Windows & Android
  • High level of knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • 1+ year minimum experience resolving desktop issues
  • Experience working on an IT Help Desk
  • Qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science from a higher education provider (University, TAFE, RTO)
  • ITIL Helpdesk Certification
