Job Description

Join this rapidly growing organisation on a 6 month contract with potential to permanency.  In this role you will
  • Assist with the general IT Support of Staff in Australia as a member of the Operations Team
  • Perform general proactive maintenance of IT systems, network and communications infrastructure across the business as advised by the Global IT Manager
  • Prepare documentation of procedures to be used as a reference knowledge base
  • Provide a high level of customer/client service
  • Provide training where required
  
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems including administering of Active Directory
  • Experience troubleshooting Office 365, Active Directory, Cloud, and desktop support
  • Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar systems.
  • High level communication, analytical and prioritisation skills.
  • [Not essential] Skills in Powershell or .Net Development.
