Job Description
- Assist with the general IT Support of Staff in Australia as a member of the Operations Team
- Perform general proactive maintenance of IT systems, network and communications infrastructure across the business as advised by the Global IT Manager
- Prepare documentation of procedures to be used as a reference knowledge base
- Provide a high level of customer/client service
- Provide training where required
Requirements
- 5+ years IT helpdesk
- Microsoft 365 support including tenancy and domain migrations.
- Active Directory services management
- Batch and Powershell scripting proficiency
- SharePoint Sites support and maintenance
- HyperV administration and Virtual Machines migrations/maintenance
- Microsoft Azure infrastructure maintenance and development
- CRM (Infor CRM) experience
