Job Description

As the IT Services Manager, you'll be responsible for the day to day operational aspects the organization's IT infrastructure, support and shared services.

Duties will include:
  •  IT Leadership - Ensuring the effective and efficient operation and maintenance of the organisation's IT services 
  • Ensure customer service is at the core of all IT Services activities & be a role model for customer service within IT Services team 
  • Participate in long and medium terms decisions concerning the IT Roadmap and direction 
  • Identify opportunities for productivity gains and reduced cost per type of service delivered through continuous improvement 
  • Engage & manage services team, including recruitment, performance reviews, & staff development Act as the escalation point for problems / disputes relating to supplier relationships 
Experience required:
  • Significant IT management experience - senior level experience in all aspects of IT Support services and people management 
  • Demonstrated experience managing a disparate IT operation, across multiple server locations and Wide Area Networks
  • Experience in management of an outsourced environment
  • A sound technical background with a high level of skills in network, server, operating systems, database, storage, web-based and desktop products
  • Excellent oral, written communications skills
