Job Description

The Role:
  • Our client is an Investment Management organisation that own a large range of companies that vary in industry, and are on the lookout for a level 1 permanent IT Support Officer, with plenty of growth opportunity in the coming years.
  • You shall work in an IT team of 7, which consists of 1 current IT Support Officer, a BA, PM, Sys Admin etc
Your Responsibilities:
  • You will be the first point of contact for a large range of companies within their portfolio for basic support tickets (8-10 per day on average)
  • You will be on the front line of their business and provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely response and resolution of any issues that pass through their support function.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high-level attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused ensuring client confidence in the support team and the business.
  • Ability to work individually and as a team in a collaborative environment.
  • Be proactive and confident in finding and applying resolutions.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations.
  • Desire to further knowledge and experience in IT through certifications.
