Great role to get involved across many duties including accounts payable, payroll, maintenance fixed asset register, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, etc.
Reporting into the Finance Manager some duties include:
- Oversee daily, weekly and monthly Accounts Payable transactions
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain inventory listing and keep the pricing up to date in the systems
- Prepare weekly management reports
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Process improvement with regards to AP
- Ensure payroll transactions are processed efficiently
- Record payroll data in our software system
- Two years of experience in a similar role
- Relevant accounting degree
- Payroll exposure is essential
- Ambition to become an accountant
