This project will be an annual leave accrual audit for current and terminated employees. Key responsibilities included below:
- Analysis of leave taken reports and validation against entitlements during respective time periods
- Validation of leave accrual rate against current award or EBA
- Validation / reconciliation of take on leave balances to payroll system
- Detailed reconciliation of variances and new annual leave balances
- Identify and correction recommendations for any leave accrual errors for current employees
It is essential that you have strong Excel experience (v look ups and pivots).
