Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the hiring of additional staff
- Coordinate and attend required meetings
- Arrange meetings and training functions for the team
- Manage the Client Onboarding targets
- Liaise directly with clients
- Insure controls are appropriately executed and evidenced and staff are aware of their responsibilities at different stages of the preparation and review process.
Key Qualifications:
- Graduate diploma in applied AML / CTF Management
- Tertiary degree
- Strong regulatory knowledge of on boarding, KYC, AML and Compliance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management skills
