The Opportunity

This highly successful professional services organisation is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage lateral and graduate recruitment nationally. Reporting directly to the Head of HR and working closely with the Partners and broader HR team this role will coordinate, design and drive all recruitment activities, including national internships and graduate programs, while also assisting with broader HR project initiatives. With a lot of interesting developments planned for the business and HR team, this role presents the opportunity to manage and develop a function, drive direct recruitment, be involved in HR projects (including developing an EVP) and build a strong brand internally and externally for the business. Responsibilities include:
  • Managing national lateral and graduate recruitment with circa 100 hires annually
  • Developing a national recruitment strategy
  • Managing the national graduate and internship programs including liaising with relevant universities and professional organisations
  • Driving direct recruitment including building up talent pools for ongoing recruitment
  • Being the key contact for the selection, design and implementation of recruitment tools
  • Involvement in HR projects
  • Leading the broader team in relation to recruitment training and initiatives, and delegating tasks during broader, national campaigns/projects
  • Managing all relationships with external recruitment agencies
  • Associated recruitment administration tasks
The Candidate
  • Strong experience in end to end recruitment within a fast-moving organisation
  • Experience working in a professional/financial services organisation is preferred but not essential
  • Confidence, experience and ability to work directly with Partners
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and professional presentation and way of working
  • Experience running graduate/internship programs, especially high-volume campaigns, is highly desirable
  • Strong influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a small team
  • Strong work ethic
