Job Description

As the Lead Data Analyst, you will join expanding Member Experience practice in a large Australian organisation well known for its great culture and people. In the role you will:
  • Manage and lead the analytics for customer retention, be the point of contact to work with analytical partners
  • Work closely with retention strategist, product owners, and outbound/inbound channels to set up and optimise retention initiatives
  • Collaborate with Campaign operations, Creative, Content, Marketing, and Brand teams to create and automate digital campaigns and customer journeys
  • Work with your digital and marketing colleagues to design and implement test plans (A/B and multivariate) to understand drivers of response and value
  • Develop and track metrics for campaign effectiveness, including reporting on program outcomes/ progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and automate campaign reporting

Essential Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in business/marketing, data science/analytics.
  • Experienced in working with analytics tools, SAS, SPSS, R, Tableau, PowerBI
  • Experience in other Adobe Marketing Cloud products such as Audience Manager, Target, AEM and Analytics would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience utilising data to maximise end user experience
  • Experience in analytics/data mining/modelling to solve business problems
  • Excellent skills in Excel (Macro Level), SQL, and general data manipulation
  • Understanding of data, data systems, and processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to present complex information simply and directly
