Daily responsibilities below:
- Greet clients and visitors
- Answer and forward incoming calls, warmly and confidently.
- Make sure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy
- Receive, open, scan and forward incoming daily mail
- Coordinate outgoing mail, which may include express post recording and arranging couriers
- Manage meeting room bookings and calendars.
- Liaise with building management
- Assist the team with tasks such as ordering stationery, data entry and banking
- experience working in a legal office that does conveyancing, wills and/or family law
