The role will be a temporary to permanent hire, whereby you will primarily assess, prepare and process commercial loan applications.
- Assess loan applications; financial statements, feasibility report and other loan documentation to make consistent, sound lending decisions on commercial loans
- Financial modelling and analysis
- Collect relevant documents for due diligence requirements
- Effectively negotiate regarding loan decisions to mitigate the risk associated with the application
- Manage a commercial loan portfolio, whilst building positive internal & external business relationships
- Adhoc internal operational project work as required
To be considered you are Diploma Finance & Mortgage Broking qualified, with working experience across the above-mentioned duties within the banking / financial services sector.
You have a proven track-record of producing desired work outcomes, with the ability to execute various tasks to meet deadlines. You enjoy using initiative within the workplace and demonstrate a professional enthusiasm. You have strong Ms Excel ability, and finance systems exposure. Bilingual skills required.
Finally, you enjoy building and retaining positive business relationships.
