Working in a team of six, you will provide technical hardware and software support to all employers and customers on both corporate and Banking specific applications! You'll also perform installation services to all staff on the desktop environment of software and hardware.
What you've done:
- Computer literacy and proficiency in the use and application of their Standard Software and Hardware, Active
- Directory, Exchange Server, Cisco Unified Telephone system.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Ability to identify root cause of problems and trends.
- Ability to provide value added analysis and implementation of solutions.
- In-depth technical knowledge of Desktop HW.
- In-depth technical knowledge of MS products
- Good understanding of MS BackOffice
- Bonus if you've got Banking Industry knowledge or similar.
- Ideally, you have come from a corporate background and will have experience on dealing in environments with strict process around security and rigorous change management procedures.
