My client

Is a growing boutique Advisory and Accounting firm who are renowned market leaders in their practice areas. Offering an agile and collaborative culture often found lacking in larger firms. 

They partner with businesses across a wide range of industry sectors including blue chips as well as growing SME's assisting them in driving strategy and executing on growth, innovation and best practice.

Your key responsibilities

You will work in multi-disciplinary teams for clients across 3 key areas; business improvement, strategy, and transaction services.

You will be expected to build relationships within client organizations, working with them to understand their most critical business problems and priorities, consulting with peers to evaluate, design, and deliver solution options.

Key focus areas include;
  • Cash & Working Capital management;
  • Earnings Improvement
  • Operational Improvement
  • Analytics & Modelling
  • Corporate strategy
  • Transactions, diligence and support.
You will motivate and manage (upwards and downwards) a high performing and collaborative team, working closely with Partner's and Director's on engagements.

About you (What you posses)

You will have tertiary qualifications in finance/economics and have sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards. Ideally, you will be fully CA qualified or working towards completion.

Given the broad nature of this practice group we are open to candidates with 3-10 years working experience coming out of;

1. Big 4 or mid-tier chartered/consulting firms dealing in Transactions services, Corporate Finance, Strategy or financial advisory
2. Finance / Commercial / Business Analysts with strong financial, commercial and/or operational experience working in corporate businesses seeking a consulting role.
