Newly created opportunity for a Manufacturing Administrator to work for well known FMCG business based in the Botany area. This is initially a 2-3 month contract with strong potential to go permanent.
Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain/Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for recording manufacturing transactions (bill of materials and assemblies) in particular. You will create bills of materials for semi finished products and finished products in the ERP system. You will create assemblies of various products "live" as they are produced in the production area of the warehouse.
In addition you will count stock and review it against records in the ERP on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. You will discuss and resolve variances with production, warehouse supervisors and finance teams. You will also assist with random and monthly stock counts.
To be considered for this role you will have previous experience working in Manufacturing environment with a large ERP system . Inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded (including stock counts). You will have a working level of Excel and some previous reporting skills. Finally you will have the ability to liaise with many people across various roles in a warehouse, including production and distribution teams.
