Job Description

Top ASX Listed organisation is looking for a Marketing Analyst to work with their National Marketing and Business Manager, Retail to deliver the overall marketing function for the retail portfolio, working closely with portfolio management and centre management teams to develop and implement strategies and activities that will maximise centre performance, brand and operational efficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities;
  • Support the implementation of the approved strategies and lead the centre marketing teams in maximising customer traffic and retail sales turnover.
  • Build effective internal and external relationships with communications, finance, legal, compliance development, research, data, tenants, the local business community, media, external contractors, prospective leasing contracts, council contacts, and sponsorship partners.
  • Manage, analyse and optimise the monthly sales collection process and supporting reporting requirements.
  • Manage, analyse and optimise the monthly marketing budget reconciliation processes.
  • Coordinate the customer retention management system.
  • Oversee retail marketing digital reporting and optimise dashboards as required.
  • Coordinate retail digital marketing projects as required.
  • Manage national marketing supplier agreements and supporting documentation.
  • Support annual sales forecasting and marketing budget processes.
  • Support retail marketing team education, mentoring and training.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities or tasks as required.
The experience we're looking for;
  • Experience in marketing or analyst role centred around customer engagement
  • Interest and aptitude in forecasting, budgeting and analysis to achieve optimisation outcomes
  • Strong experience across excel, word and powerpoint applications
  • Understanding of CRM management and dashboard management
  • Highly proficient in the digital arena with skills in the digital space
