This global legal firm is seeking an exceptionally professional and efficient Client Services Coordinator for their front of house management of events, and meeting rooms for the business. This role is 32 hours per week.
You will either come from a catering or food based hospitality business, or corporate catering setting to:
Lead the way with room set ups/ pack downs, catering management (including coffee and beverage orders and delivery), occasional reception relief, and client facing customer service daily.
You will have:
High level presentation and grooming,
Ability to liaise with all levels of people
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities
Good attitude and attention to detail
