Job Description

Prestigious professional services organisation are looking for a Technical Microsoft Dynamics CRM analyst to support, configure and enhance their CRM! Applications Support Engineer/Analyst. You will analyse and propose solutions to the business based on their initial requests or issues. This will include preparing functional documents and working with the developers on designing and delivering solutions.

You will be responsible for;
  • The Dynamics 365 Application Specialist is a new addition to a small but growing team.
  • This role will see you develop and support 365 applications and tools and reporting into the Dynamics 365 Platform  Lead.
  • You will work collaboratively with external partners as well as internal stakeholders, designing and implementing integrated solutions - all of this in an Agile environment.
  • You will also provide daily support to end users, managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis.
  • You will assist with training activities, lead testing activities and provide general Dynamics 365 project support.
To be successful you will have;
  • You have been working with Dynamics 365 in project delivery and have implemented and configured Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in corporate environments.
  • You have advanced skills in Office 365 and an uncanny ability to solve problems and the ability to develop creative solutions to support the business.
  • You are a strong communicator and are used to prioritizing effectively.
  • Development skills in C#, .Net, JavaScript to enhance the functional use of Dynamics apps  like plug-ins, Azure, Custom workflows, etc.;
  • Dynamics related Certs or training
  • Exposure/experience in the Agile delivery
