Job Description

This passionate Australia leading solar engineering company are looking for motivated individuals with experience in office coordination/EA roles with exposure to HR to start asap. They are located on the North Shore based in lovely, modern office. 

The Role: 
  • Provide cover on reception during office hours Monday to Friday
  • Answer incoming calls and effectively respond to caller’s inquiries
  • Re-direct calls as appropriate, take adequate messages and distribute efficiently
  • Maintain meeting rooms and prepare refreshments/order catering as required
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and well maintained at all times
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist in the organisation of internal and external events
  • Manage uniform orders as required
  • Liaise with other administrators in relation to maintenance and coordination of office common areas
  • Assist the HR Team with ad-hoc requirements
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for Senior Management Team and other management staff, including meeting room bookings
  • Maintain Senior Management Team member diaries
  • Provide PA service to CEO on a daily basis
  • Maintain all travel arrangements for all staff (Australia wide)
  • Liaise with building management for maintenance issues that arise
The Candidate:
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a busy office environment
  • Experience with Executive team diary management
  • Intermediate-Advanced knowledge and experience of MS Office
  • Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills
