Job Description

Our client's focus is to improve management of private healthcare facilities by attracting and training best talent, partnering with medical professionals and healthcare providers to offer patients excellence in healthcare. Providing a better healthcare experience for their patients is at the forefront of everything they do. 

Based in the Sydney CBD, our client is looking for an Office Coordinator to join their small team and will be providing office management assistance to a few other businesses that occupy the same space in the office. 

Key duties include: 
  • Manage inbound telephone calls
  • Maintain professional image of front of house/reception area
  • Greeting clients and putting them into meeting rooms when they come into the office 
  • Management of meeting rooms
  • Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of meeting rooms and break out area /kitchen
  • Arrange catering/coffees for meetings as requested
  • Management of printer and stationery
  • Management of office supplies (stationary, food, beverages, etc.); maintain optimum levels of stock
  • Management of mail & couriers – mail box is located downstairs and should be checked every week
  • Printing, collation and co-ordination of materials for meetings and travel bookings
  • Ad hoc tasks as required
  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of the office
  • Assist with invoicing and accounts when required
The Ideal Candidate
  • 1-2 years experience in similar role
  • Professional presentation to greet clients that come to the office
  • Friendly and easy-going nature
  • Basic research skills
  • Proficiency in MS office and Outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
This role will suit someone who is passionate about providing administrative support and general office support in an easy going, open office environment, who is adaptable and happy to take on ad hoc duties when required.
