Job Description

This leading international investment bank is preparing for strong demand this year in general banking activity and have enjoyed strong growth over recent years. They are now looking for an Oversight Analyst to join their Australian Operations Division.

Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
  • Escalation point for registry related issues, resolving issues with stakeholders, and facilitating client incident reporting.
  • Overseeing KPIs.
  • Monitor 3rd party service and project invoices.
  • Monitor daily processing controls as well as escalations and incident reports.
To be considered for this role you'll have at least 3 years Registry or related industry experience. You'll have a good understanding of how Registry impacts other areas of the business as well as third parties. You'll also have excellent communication skills and will have a proven history of resolving issues.
