The Company:
This well-established and diversified international services company is searching for a Payroll Analyst - Reconciliations & Compliance to join their team. The position requires extensive knowledge of payroll legislation as well as experience doing end to end payroll processing. It is paying $80k - $90k + super and is based in North Ryde.

  • Complete reconciliations in line with Service Level Agreements
  • Identify and implement process improvements to the reconciliation process
  • Ensure that overpayments, workers compensation payments, and long service leave registries are up to date
  • Manage all long service leave and workers compensation queries
  • Monthly reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Management of overpayment recovery process
  • Train payroll officers on overpayment process
  • Assist with audit requests
  • Business partner with the HR and Finance teams
The Candidate:
  • Extensive experience doing end to end payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of legislation regarding National Employment Standards, EBAs, terminations, redundancy, superannuation, as well as TFN and PAYG tax knowledge
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills - Vlookup, Pivot Tables
  • Experience with several payroll systems such as Oracle, SAP, Chris 21, Meridian, JDE
  • Strong knowledge of HR procedures and practices
  • Previous experience in a shared services environment is beneficial
