Your remit will cover the completion of the weekly pay-run for all facets of the business (including super & bonus payments), payroll audit reporting, periodic payroll financial reporting and staff management.
You'll also provide advice to the business, on payroll and IR matters, you'll be required to stay abreast of legislative changes and act accordingly when necessary to ensure ongoing adherence to such changes.
You are an experienced Payroll Manager, with a proven background in a large, multi-entity payroll environment and with experience managing staff.
You are passionate about change, with an eye for process/systems improvements and will be willing & able to identify opportunities to improve the quality of existing payroll processes. Your background will demonstrate your achievements in payroll projects and driving change in a payroll environment.
