We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a team of 4 Payroll Officers. This is a Permanent full-time position.

Reporting into the GM Financial Accounting, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of 4 Payroll Officers
- Preparing Payroll data within timeframes
- Ensuring policies and standards are met
- Ensuring that customer service and teamwork are key focus
- Evaluating processes to define and implement improvements
- Working on ongoing payroll projects
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Extensive experience in Payroll
- Experience in managing and leading teams
- Previous experience in award interpretation and EBA
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Great time management skills and ability to multi-task
