You will work closely with the outsourced provider and will lead in the management of the end to end payroll operations and the reconciliation of HR data between Workday and Chris 21.
You will prepare and reconcile end of month and year end including payroll tax, payment summaries and ESS statements. You will be required to manage the accuracy and relevance of local policies and provide the business with expert advice around payroll related matters.
In addition you will provide support to the HR team on an ad hoc basis, as well as oversee visa applications and data for annual salary surveys.
To be considered for this role you will have a high level prociency in payroll and HRIS (ideally Chris 21 and Workday). You will have a strong knowledge in federal and state award legislation. You will have exceptional technical payroll and leadership experience.
