Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- the completion of monthly payroll for +200 staff
- handling payroll admin related queries
- Developing and producing monthly payroll reporting using ADP outputs
- Filing and archiving payroll documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory responsibilities
- Developing and implementing streamlined processes for payroll changes in support of standard HR procedures (i.e. change in salary, leave etc.)
- managing other adhoc queries as required, including employee on-boarding and termination payments.
