Reporting into the Payroll Manager of this large international group, you'll be joining an experienced, vibrant, high quality team, in a varied, challenging role on a 3-6 Month Temporary Basis with the potential to go permanent.
You'll drive the administration of your allocated monthly pay run, as well as the distribution of reports, preparation of data for the finance team, handling of queries and the import & review of timesheet data for Australia and New Zealand.
In the future, You'll also get exposure in projects and the implementation of Kronos, including testing, integration and ongoing liaison with the project team.
To be considered for this role, you will need extensive Preceda & Employee Central experience, as well as working knowledge of New Zealand Payroll. Kronos experience will be highly regarded, but not essential.
You are an experienced payroll professional, with extensive experience in a complex, high-volume, full function payroll role, within a large Corporate environment. Including Payroll tax and FBT experience.
Finally, you'll have outstanding written & verbal communication skills, excellent problem-solving ability and you'll place a high degree of emphasis on customer service.
