- Lead the payroll transformation project including review of current processes, systems, policies and training. Lead the design and implementation of agreed enhancements to the organisation's payroll system and procedures etc.
- Monitoring correctness, eligibility and timeliness of payments
- Overseeing and monitoring annual projects such as issue of performance payments.
- Managing and supervising payroll staff including training and development and performance reviews.
- Previous demonstrated experience in the successful delivery of projects to agreed time frames, budgets and standards.
- Strong payroll systems knowledge including design and implementation of solutions - particularly Ascender
- Sound understanding of Industrial Award/Enterprise Agreements, organisation's payroll system and salary grades.
