The role will be heavily focused on a back-pay project.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Checking and transferring data
- Validation of leave accrual rate against current award or EBA
- Validation / reconciliation of take on leave balances to payroll system
- Detailed reconciliation of variances and new annual leave balances
- Identify and correction recommendations for any leave accrual errors for current employees
- Experience with Preceda ideal but not essential
Strong Excel experience is essential (v/h look up and pivot tables).
