You will be required to assist with the transition of Payroll Systems from one business into to an outsourced Payroll model for multiple businesses across three locations. You will be involved in the development and management of project scope, schedule, identification and escalation of risks and issues as well as quality control against internal and external (vendor) deliverables.
You will work collaboratively with the business to coordinate planning and execution of key activities across both the business led and Information Systems led delivery requirements. You will also manage vendor delivery to ensure project objectives are met in alignment with statement of work deliverables.
To be considered for this role you will have demonstrated experience leading HR and/or Payroll related projects. You will have a strong understanding of the risks and controls required in Payroll/HR related processes and projects. You will have previous demonstrated experience in the successful delivery of projects to agreed timeframes, budgets and standards.
Additionally you will have previous experience working with and influencing multi-functional teams, which includes working directly with lead business representatives, other project managers, industry service providers and project owners. Finally you will have an understanding of ADP and Kronos or similar HRIS, Payroll and Time and Attendance systems.
