Job Description
As the Payroll Manager, with the assistance of 2 direct reports, you will take control of the end-to-end payroll function for the group, running a payroll of approximately 800. You will lead and direct the team to coordinate the weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll and resolve any queries as needed.
You will be constantly looking for improvements/efficiency and take charge of implementing change brought about by this.
The successful candidate will be ready to start working from mid to end of January. To be considered for this role you will have multiple years' experience in a similar Payroll Manager role. You will have demonstrated knowledge of superannuation, payroll taxation legislation and other payroll processes.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to deal with internal & external stakeholders and work well in a team.
Experience using a large ERP such as SAP is highly desirable!
