Job Description
As the Team Leader reporting through through to the Payroll Manager, you will take control of the end-to-end payroll function for the group, running a payroll of approximately 2000 and assisting with the supervision of four payroll staff. You will lead and direct the team to coordinate the weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll and resolve any queries as needed.
You will be constantly looking for improvements/efficiency and take charge of implementing change brought about by this.
The successful candidate will be ready to start working before the end of January. To be considered for this role you will have multiple years' experience in a similar Payroll Team Leader role. You will have demonstrated knowledge of superannuation, payroll taxation legislation and other payroll processes.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to deal with internal & external stakeholders and work well in a team.
Experience using a large ERP and working part of a large payroll team is highly desirable!
