The Candidate:
  • Previous people and culture experience 
  • Understanding of current Australian legislation
  • Strong knowledge and experience in remuneration, workforce and talent planning, capability development; health and safety and change management
  • Strong experience in coaching and partnering with key leaders
  • Organised and strong communication skills
