Your new role

- End to end recruitment and induction.
- Learning and development across all levels of the organisation.
- Reporting and consulting on people movements from entry to senior level.
- Developing and implementing a succession process for team members future growth.
- Performance review support to all people leaders within the organisation.
- Ensuring the organisation has a strong and up-to-date HR policy and procedure framework
- Significant experience in a management role within HR.
- Ability to work independently.
- Tertiary or ADV DIP qualifications in Human Recourses field.
- Flawless communication skills both written and verbally.
- Proven exposure to working within the performance/succession planning.
- Full understanding of end to end recruitment and induction processes.
- Experience within relevant industry standards and EBA’s.
- Strong proven attention to detail skills.
- Clear police check history.
