Job Description
- Manages and maintains project portfolio by tracking projects to established timelines through working with project managers and functional area leads to collect status information, generate reports, and identify risks.
- Coordinate the project status reporting process and assist project teams with reporting and tracking projects.
- Submit purchase orders and assist in obtaining required documentation to onboard vendors (Master Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Statement of Works, etc.).
- Maintain PMO dashboard and reports, SharePoint site content and project document library, and other system or tool contents as needed.
- Support areas of planning, tracking, reporting, and managing operational activities of projects, schedules, resources, and budgeting.
- Escalates risks to appropriate project manager, PMO Director, or functional area leaders.
- Provides administrative support including meeting facilitation, status reporting, tracking and distribution of action items and notes, and other support as needed.
- Track success metrics and KPIs, to support status reporting and decision making
- Financial background (Desirable)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PMO or similar process-oriented environment.
- Strong skills with Microsoft products (MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Experience in project planning, scheduling tools, and project lifecycle methodologies.
- Strong planning, coordination, organization, time-management abilities.
