Reporting to the Operations Team Leader the Portfolio Administrator is required to maintain client portfolios efficiently and accurately for reporting purposes and ensure that clients investments are correctly managed on the internal systems and that their positions and investment are accurate. You will also be required to do reporting and ensure the portfolio is reconciled daily. This role will liaise with a number of external and internal stakeholders, and you will need to be very strong at prioritising and multitasking.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary degree in accounting, business or finance and have some working experience ideally in a financial institution. You will have well developed communication skills and enjoy working in high performance culture, have excellent attention to detail and be a positive team player.
