The Role
This outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced and commercially focused procurement professional. Working closely with the Finance Director and Procurement Manager, this role will lead a vital cost reduction project across a number of corporate overhead cost categories.
This will include:
- Extraction and analysis of cost data, understanding spend and vendor information, and performing cost analysis
- Extensive stakeholder management, initiating and developing key relationships across the business to gain an in-depth understanding of each cost centre and associated procurement processes
- Develop cost reduction strategies across categories including Maintenance, Leasing, Amenities, and Telecommunications
- Lead renegotiation of contracts with existing, and if necessary, new suppliers
About You
This role is suited to a passionate Procurement professional with over 5 years of experience, with a broad understanding of sourcing procedures and processes, and commercial contracts.
Extensive experience in data analysis, negotiations, and internal stakeholder management is key. You will be motivated to take on a key project with full ownership, and work in an autonomous environment.
