Job Description

Prestigious ASX-listed Financial Service Company seeking a Program and Events Coordinator to join the team on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract.
  • 12 Month Fix Term Contract 
  • $65-70k package (based on experience)
  • Opportunity to work a 3-4 day week
Role
An exciting opportunity to join a reputable Financial Services Company for a fixed 12 month contract covering Maternity Leave. This is a hands-on role, assisting pro-active and high performing professionals with the opportunity to be part of a sociable, close-knit team.

The role itself will be admin-based therefore strong administration and communication skills will be key to succeeding in this application. Market knowledge of finance would be desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Events Manager in the planning and coordination of online and in-person events
  • Organising and liaising with contractors
  • Creating promotion and marketing material
  • Varied Ad Hoc tasks

  • Be organised and methodical approach to your work
  • An interest and enthusiasm in event planning
  • A willingness to do what is required to help the team achieve its aims
